GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Eye Contact Media is a campaign management organization that work with current political candidates. The team offers wrap around campaign support with a creative team dedicated to creating custom videos, websites, social media content, and display ads.
As a contract designer I worked directly with the CEO/cofounder and Creative Director to generate display ad designs (used for marketing on Google, Facebook, etc) at a fast pace throughout the campaign season. As a designer my work involved:

Incorporating logos, photos, and other provided assets to create custom ad designs for review by the candidate/campaign staff

Adapting designs to direct feedback and providing final ad designs in a variety of sizes for web display

Incorporating ad interactivity features such as animations and buttons

Maintain an orderly file structure for complex file types to be shared with the team as both working and published files
NEXT UP VENTURES
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Next Up Ventures is a startup incubator which helps take companies to market, raise capital, and scale profitably. It delivers this support through a combination of hands-on business support and networking, helping founders connect with the clients and team members who can bring their visions to life.
As a graphic designer at Next Up Ventures, I assisted in the company’s launch by providing brand identity work and original website design. Additional direct work provided to the business includes internal document development, investor and client presentations, and marketing content. By creating a cohesive brand identity and ensuring all external materials met brand expectations, I was able to increase the volume of design work contracted by the company. Additionally, I assisted a variety of Next Up clients with brand identity establishment, web design, social media content, and pitch deck designs. My work at Next Up included:

Parabolic Career is a staffing company that provides career development services, such as cover letter/resume reviews, job application automation, and firm-specific advice from career coaches. Parabolic meets clients wherever they are in their job application process, working with everyone from students seeking internships to career professionals seeking new opportunities.
As a designer at Parabolic Career I was responsible for website design and maintenance, social media content development and account management, and company presentation designs. I worked directly with many members of the team to collaborate on materials such as blog posts, investor presentations, and event marketing. My duties as a designer included:

Transferring website content from SquareSpace to Wix and updating website design on Wix

AUTONOMY THROUGH LOCAL AID & SERVICES (ATLAS) GUIDE

ATLAS Guide is a nonprofit organization launched in 2021 by a group of organizers focused on improving access to vital resources for their communities. ATLAS has hosted distributions in Skid Row, LA.
As a part of the founding team I worked alongside team members to set organization goals and values. As the team's designer, my contributions included:

Integrity Transformations Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a nonprofit organization based out of Atlanta Georgia, serving westside communities through job readiness and employment services. As lead designer and social media coordinator I assisted with promotional marketing for programs and services, as well as community events such as job fairs and partner resource fairs. Some focuses from my time as a designer and social media manager included:

GREATER CLEVELAND COMMUNITY BAIL FUND

assisted in the launch of the Greater Cleveland Community Bail Fund (Clebail) in the summer of 2020. Clebail was developed as an aggregate platform to assist local organizers via tech integrations, while supporting community members with mutual and direct aid. The Clebail website and social media focused on fundraising for partner organizations and community members, as well as education by bringing attention to issues of recidivism and incarceration injustices.
